It is a good idea to tab the endorsements in your logbook, so the examiner can find them easily.

If the endorsements are not available in your logbook, and stickers are not readily available, your instructor can hand write endorsements based off of the information available in Advisory Circular 61-65H.
 

PRIVATE PILOT ENDORSEMENTS:

  1-.Private Pilot Knowledge Test (ASEL)
   
Aeronautical knowledge test: §§ 61.35(a)(1), 61.103(d), and 61.105. (page A-11, AC 61-65H)
      I certify that _________________ has received the required training in accordance with § 61.105. I have determined [he or she] is prepared for the Private Pilot ASEL knowledge test.
     
 
  2-.Private Pilot Practical Test (ASEL)
   
Flight proficiency/practical test: §§ 61.103(f), 61.107(b), and 61.109.
