Day of Requirements

WEATHER CONDITIONS - CURRENT and FORECAST: (forecast conditions must extend AT LEAST 2 HOURS, beyond the expected completion of a solo flight)
-	Official Weather Brief and Notams Checked
-	Lowest Cloud Layer (not GIG) - 3000' AGL when leaving the pattern
-	Max Temperature OR Heat Index < 90° Fahrenheit (NOAA site)
-	Min Temperature > 25° Fahrenheit
-	Visibility - 10 sm
-	Surface winds - 15 kts
-	X-Wind - 7 kts

Other Considerations:
-	Pre-Solo Written - complete
-	Pre-Solo Stage Check - complete
-	Solo Flights must be completed at least 1.5 hours before Sunset
-	The airplane must have sufficient FUEL (2-hour reserve) and sufficient OIL
-	Review all taxi / runup ops (especially for 33L and 15R).
